If you are looking for awesome sunrises, the ocean steps away with the waves crashing, sea breezes, a large patio with tiki hut, and a very comfortable hot tub then this is for you. Surf fish and enjoy the beach walking right out of the back door. Bike/walking path across the street. Watch rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center.

Iguana Azul FTW

This place is magical. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. We love a laid back beach vacation and this is it. Middle of summer and had the beach mostly to ourselves. 10-15 minutes to nearest grocery and restaurants. The hot tub was a great evening tradition. Seeing sea turtles out in the surf everyday was a pleasant surprise.

Amazing little paradise on the beach

First of all, Ric and Lindsey were great hosts! They were very quick to answer any questions we had! So nice and hospitable! The house is adorable! Seriously don’t miss this one! 9 of us stayed comfortably for a week. My husband and myself, our 5 children (age 5-13), and my in-laws! The beach access is why we chose this house, the hosts and the comfort of the home is why we would choose it again! Everything we needed was at hand! The back patio is such an oasis, just being able to sit under the shade and listen to the waves…unbeatable! Especially for my handicapped father in law who wasn’t always able to make it to the beach! I highly recommend staying at Iguana Azul if you have the chance! The beds are comfy, the kitchen is great, the short walk to the beach is perfect! We even saw a turtle laying her nest one night! The kids caught sooo many ghost crabs. There were birds and lizards! Such a fun stay!

Paradise Vacation

Beautiful oasis for you and your family. The house is represented accurately in the listing and was clean with no issues. Many supplies to get you started for a week's stay and all linens were provided. Kitchen has pretty much all necessary dishes, utensils, and pots and pans to cook meals. Outdoor patio has covered tiki bar that is wonderful for the rain or shade and includes deck fans as well. There is a wildlife sanctuary next door so you will need big spray. The "no see ums" were very bad at dawn, dusk, and after rains, but the views were worth it. Speaking of the views, they were amazing! We were able to see multiple sea turtles swimming in the ocean daily and dolphins most days from the patio. We also spotted two sea turtle nests early in the morning walking on the beach. Despite being next to a public beach access, the beach was not crowded and many days we had it to ourselves! Host answered all questions quickly. Area has a few small museums and gas stations close. The Navy Seal Museum was a great place and about 30 min south. Brevard County Zoo was also worth the hour drive north. A grocery store is within 15 min north. Sebastian Inlet Park is maybe a 5 min drive and has a small resturaunt with great decks to view the ocean and trails. The 8-mile Historic Jungle Trail is about 5 min away and you can drive, walk, or ride bicycles down it to listen to sounds of nature and see some amazing houses on the golf course. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!

Great Beachy home!

Loved the house - it is located next to a public access and people were setting up on the beach in front of the house which we didn't like at all, but I guess there is nothing to stop them. Other than that, it was great.

Love this beach house!

This beach house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The view from the raised deck is amazing. The beach is only a few steps away down your private walkway. The beds are comfortable. Everything looks recently remodeled. And best of all, you have your own hot tub to enjoy while checking out the stars!

Family Friendly Beachfront Stay

This beachfront home was everything we hoped for! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. I slept in the master king bed which was extremely comfortable. The property was pet friendly. We relaxed in the hot tub overlooking the fabulous beach view. We highly recommend this property.

Loved this house and location

This house has a comfortable warm feeling. We have 2 small well trained dogs and they loved it, too. There is a fenced area for dogs to run around and mine were busy chasing small lizards.They loved it! Most rentals do not have an area like that. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has 3 beautiful bedrooms-we only used one. There is decking with plenty outdoor seating in and out of the sun. We loved the deck pathway right to the beautiful beach, which is also dog friendly. The ocean is in full view from the house while the house sits back a little and is quiet from noise on the beach and on the road behind it. We saw a couple guys catch a shark and let it go. That was exciting! When we are in that area again, we will contact Ric who is very friendly and responds right way. Definitely recommend this house. Karen C.
