The house was extremely clean, elegantly decorated, the beds were comfortable , the kitchen was very well equipped with an ample supply of everything needed. We liked the game room, toys and books for children. We were 3 generations, ages from 4 to 80 and everyone was comfortable. The manager of the property was extremely helpful when we had a slight issue with an appliance. The heating of the pool did not work but the manager promised to reimburse the payment for the heating. All in all a great place for a family gathering.

The house was AMAZING! The property management was not helpful. The garage doors didn’t work properly, one upstairs toilet ran continuously, the washer upstairs didn’t work. A handyman showed up 2 days after calling them & had said parts needed to be ordered for garage & washing machine.

Our overall stay was ok. The house had a few quirks, there were some things broken around the house - big things being dryer, garage door, water filter in fridge was almost a month overdue, and the largest burner on the stove didn’t work. They were able to resolve the dryer, garage door, and water filter but could not get the stove fixed which made cooking for 10 people tricky all week. The other issues were that initially, the communication was good between management and myself about these problems but I was not given notice when the men would come and fix the dryer. The pool seems like it gets cleaned every Friday, we were not made aware of this and the pool guy just appeared into the pool area without announcing himself. The pool needed to be cleaned or checked sooner than once a week especially if there’s going to be 10 people using it multiple times a day. The other problem was that the temperatures in the rooms upstairs were so different, some freezing and some stuffy and hot. We were told to close vents but that did not fix the situation.The house itself was very clean. There’s a lot of beach supplies that the rental company won’t tell you about because they don’t claim it so they aren’t responsible for it but we didn’t need to rent chairs or umbrellas during our stay because others had left some behind plus two carts to carry everything in. The beach access was great, the beach was great. We probably wouldn’t stay here again due to all of the quirks.

The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Little farther walk to beach that expected. Thrilled you provided beach gear. Wished there would of been a grill.Couple items. Griddle did not have drip drawer for grease. Upstairs bathroom by game room was slow to flush.

Awesome home

We loved this home. Easy walk to beach, enjoyed having two pool options, quiet town. Grocery store is around the corner making life easy. The home is stocked with quality kitchen items and the layout was ideal. We’ll be back!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property! Great location and easy walking distance to the River and the Ocean. The house was perfectly set up with adequate space/ammenities for our 3 families to enjoy! In addition to our own private pool, use of the community pool was amazing which we did not know we would have access to upon initially booking! We would absolutely rent here again.

A month in Melbourne

The home was lovely, spacious and clearly set up to accommodate large family groups. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Enjoyed the home’s proximity to the Kennedy Space Center which is only about 50 miles away. We enjoyed seeing three rocket launches from the front yard of the house.

Location, location, location!

This property was great! Nice spacious home with beautiful decor. Proximity to the beach was absolutely fantastic! The homes are packed in rather tight in the neighborhood, but we knew that going into it. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if they had a grill and any pool toys and/or beach toys available for guests.

Amazing House and great location!

We loved this house and getting to spend quality time with friends and family. The listing talks about private beach but there is no access due to construction. This was disappointing since we wanted to see the sunset from that side. The game room was great for the kids to be entertained in the evenings while us adults cooked and relaxed. The kitchen was perfect for preparing and fixing meals for the 12 of us.
