Loved the house and location! It was like having your own private beach every day. House was very new and modern. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, wife and I loved the quick walk to the beautiful beach. Only recommendation would be a paver or gravel walkway to the wooden walkway down to the beach. There are two houses and we stayed in the one set back just a little. It's only 10-12 yards through the grass to the wooden walkway but it would provide you with a clear indication and path to the walkway. On the first day we weren't sure if we were supposed to walk through the grass or up another set of stairs and around the front house. Again, this is not a negative comment because we loved it and would definitely return, just a recommendation.
