After a kind resident of the building let me into the lobby
I waited 90 min before someone finally messages me through 3 different phone numbers to take the elevator to the 3rd floor where a young women leads me into this apartment that is dirty, smelly and clutter all over the kitchen and balcony.
Shows me my room with no sheets pillow or blanket, and filthy conditions. The whole time I was under the impression from the ad that the apartment was all mine not shared. Also there was no wifi when I asked to contact though WhatsApp
She had to call the owner so I could speak with him and he just denies it all and tells not worry about it and just stay.
All I wanted was for him to refund my money, as there was no way I staying there.
I left immediately in anger and had to find other accommodations that ended up at the Airport because all hotels were booked because of the tennis open and long weekend. I have traveled extensively and never encountered such a horrible experience. I use Expedia for all my tavel reservations and I really hope they deal with this dishonest individual and remove him from the site.
Even the young lady that lives at the apartment says this happens all the time with people that show disgruntled with the place and she unfortunately has to deal with it, while the owner takes advantage. Regardless I am have lost 407.00 dollars for place that I never stayed at
