Next to the Eureka Skydeck and only minutes walk to downtown Melbourne, the Crowne Casino, the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Arts Centre, the National Gallery and Flinders St Railway Station. A perfect location if you are visiting the convention and exhibition centre, the Melbourne Aquarium or Etihad Stadium.

Perfect location

We loved our stay. The property was the perfect location to drive into, park the car and walk. We had extended family on the other side of the Yarra and went to the football at the MCG...nothing was too far away.

Apartment had absolutely everything and more that we needed plus so clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Felt very safe walking around at night.

Couldn't be Happier!!!

Spotlessly clean, well appointed and wonderful location central to everything. This apartment exceeded all expectations and we could not fault anything. The included parking was a bonus - we definitely hope to stay again.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was quiet and only 5 minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and public transport, we loved our walks along the river to choose a restaurant. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Melbourne.

Southbank on the doorstep

We were 4 adults that enjoyed this very clean, comfortable apartment on the doorstep to Southbank attractions. The apartment block is extremely quiet and double glazing keeps the traffic and building noise out. Would happily stay again.

Excellent location and very clean with good supply of linen and towels. Kitchen well stocked and wide range of household goods. Bedrooms a bit small but ok and the couch was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise very good stay.
