Pricing:
The base price is for 8 guests and the price includes the house only, the price increases by $40 plus short stay levy and card fee per person per total nights booked for every guest after.

Bookings: House & Bungalow:
Groups for 12+ people get the house and bungalow included in the booking price.
If additional space is required for smaller groups the bungalow can also be hired for $250 per night.
The Bungalow is never booked out to anyone else other than group booking house.

Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, you will only need to BYO beach towels

Children:
A cot and high chairs are available for hire through our guest portal.
Please request high chairs, cot and BYO linen for infant.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
You must clean up any hair or droppings form your dog to avoid $50 cleaning fee.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.

House Rules:
No Parties allowed
No smoking inside the house
No loud Music anytime
Neighbours must be respected at all times
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, this is negotiable pending other bookings
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
