    The base house price is based on 4 guests sharing 2 rooms, otherwise extra guests fee applies.
    Please select the right amount of guests when making your reservation or you might be paying a lot more and extra cleaning fee.

    There is an extra fee for each extra guest per night, if more than 4 guests.

    Our space can accommodate up to 6 guests with extra bedding and linen provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be one double sofa bed in the living area.
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

    The following strict House Rules apply :-
    No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
    No parties or antisocial behaviour.
    No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
    No pets are allowed in the property.
    No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
    If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

    No guest other than the booked guests allowed into the building facilities.

Lovely

Everything we needed for our stay, kitchen and bathrooms spacious and spotless, great to have 2 bathrooms for families. Shopping centre 5 minutes walk. A lovely place to stay with a huge balcony to catch the sun, we will be back.
