It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along Spencer St will drop you anywhere in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of this part of the CBD are literally at your doorstep.



The space includes 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Bathroom, open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony capturing the most incredible views and natural light.



Please note we allow up to 3 guests to occupy the apartment, however, the sofa may not be appropriate for all people to sleep on. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL MATTRESS. If you have any concerns about the sleeping arrangements for the 3rd person please contact us prior to making the booking to ensure it is suitable.

PLEASE NOTE – Although amenities such as the pool and gym are part of the inclusions in this building, they are managed by building management and are outside our control. Very rarely due to either urgent maintenance, Covid imposed restrictions or other unforeseen factors, the amenities area can be closed. In the very unlikely event that a closure happens, we can take no responsibility for this. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
