Great location to all the shops and easy walk to the river. Check-in was super easy and meeting with the host to go over the apartment was an extra great service. Easy walk to the trams and easy walk to all the restaurants.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Really couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Communication with the owner was excellent—very smooth and easy to understand. The location is perfect and convenient for getting around. The room is spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it very comfortable even for a long stay. This place made my Melbourne trip absolutely amazing.

Excellent 1 Month Stay

We stayed for 4 weeks with our 3 year old and it was perfect! Very close to public transport, parks, and walking distance to amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be right in the city center.

Great Melbourne Spot

Great home base for exploration of Melbourne. Close to everything in the CBD, along with museums and gardens. Host was extremely friendly and communicative. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Such a convenient location to so many great things to do. Apartment was a good size fair a family. Apartment location felt very safe and secure. Car parking available next door which was convenient too. Hosts were very helpful.

Wonderful apartment

This location was absolutely fantastic, walking distance to the G, great restaurants and cafes, great access to public transport. The apartment is spacious and all the amenities. Will definitely book again.

The heart of Melbourne

We loved our stay here. A few minute's walk to just about anything you would want to do in Melbourne. The beds and couches were comfortable, the internet was good, kitchen had everything you would need. Catherine was super responsive. If you want a Melbourne experience, this place is perfect.

Excellent property

We stayed for 4 nights. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. Accomodation was as described and very clean with everything provided. The apartment location is amazing - so close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely book again.

Great location

Great location for going to the tennis. Bathroom is old but is getting upgraded. A little noisy due to proximity to Hosier Lane .

A great host who made a short holiday even better

Catherine our host was friendly and welcoming to her great unit. She was easy to correspond with and was quick to respond to us and was flexible and accomodating to our needs! Close to amazing restaurants there was not shortage of places to eat. It was close to shops and great starting point for us to explore. We can’t wait to return!

The booking process was very straight forward. The owner kept in touch with me through Stayz and also by text. The owner greeted us at the building door and took us to the apartment outlining the facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent.

Amazing property and service

Ill start by saying the host Catherine is amazing. She was nothing but a pleasure to liaise with leading upto and during my stay in her amazing apartment located just minutes from Flinders station. When I return to Melbourne I will definitely like to return to that property.

Excellent base to explore the Melbourne CBD

A nice older apartment with plenty of character in a very interesting location very close to the heart of the CBD. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Catherine the host was a lifesaver for us after another booking was cancelled on us at very short notice.
