    For some quiet time, take a peaceful stroll down the Kensington Linear Reserve, a tree-lined path leading to the Maribyrnong River and wetlands. You can also visit the stunning Heavenly Queen Temple, home to a 16-meter-high gold statue by the riverbank.     Extra guests will be using the queen air mattress with high speed built-in 240V pump for easy inflation and deflation. Linen and towel will also be provided for extra guests booked.

    No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
    No parties or antisocial behaviour.
    No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
    No pets are allowed in the property.
    No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
    If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

    For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

    Important:

    Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
    We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
    If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
    In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
    We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
