Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very welcoming; large, comfortable and has a beautiful front and back garden. In a great location - a nice quiet street with sea breezes and birdsong. Very well equipped kitchen, great BBQ.We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Property managers were also very helpful and good to deal with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 9 had the pleasure of staying at this truly remarkable holiday accommodation. It was perfect for our needs. The home itself is an amazing space. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We spent hours enjoying the fabulous heated pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Additionally, the tennis court was an added bonus, even though we didn’t get around to using it. The location of the property is very convenient, being only minutes to shops, restaurants, cafes etc.However, while the property has so much potential, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. A deep clean would do wonders for the overall experience. We noticed that shelves were dusty, doors and window sills were dirty and even a bit mouldy, and several windows needed cleaning. The cupboard in the laundry, in particular, was filled with broken swimming goggles, outdated medicines, sunscreen, and a variety of miscellaneous items. Out of date foodstuffs were also found in the kitchen pantry.The home's personal touches, such as the photographs and many ornaments, gave it a homey feel, but we felt it would be much more appealing and welcoming if these items were removed. It would allow guests to feel less like visitors in someone else's home and more like they had their own private retreat.We also found it disappointing that there were no thoughtful touches awaiting us, like milk in the fridge or coffee and tea for our use upon arrival. After a long day of travel, being able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee would have made a lovely welcome.Overall, this amazing home and beautiful space offer incredible potential for a memorable stay. With some deep cleaning, decluttering, and a few added touches, it could become an even more appealing accommodation. We loved our time here, but hope these suggestions are taken into consideration for future guests to fully enjoy the experience.
