2. Standard check-in time is 3PM onward. Standard check-out time is 10AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

4. House Rate & Occupancy Limit: 6 guests

5. WE DO NOT HAVE the following:

*BBQ amenities
*Netflix guest account

6. Must climb stairs (not very steep), although there's 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

7. Surrounded with vegetation. If you're going to stay out, please put on insect repellent lotion/spray.

8. House Airbnb cancellation policy is FIRM. Please check cancellation and refund schedule before confirming your booking.
