- Lawn maintenance: A professional company will need access to maintain the front lawn and backyard area once a week. They will need 1 hour to keep the property nice and clean.

- Swimming Pool: The community swimming pool is about 5 mins walk. The pool key is in the cabinet of the TV console in the living room. Please read/follow the swimming pool rules carefully posted at the pool for safety precaution. Please supervise your children constantly and never leave a child unattended in or near water. There is no pool fence. You are responsible to protect your children, prevent them from running into the pool, and use the pool at your own risk. The host assumes no responsibility for any incidents at the pool.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house.

THIS PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING. NO PARTIES/ EVENTS ALLOWED.

- Early check-ins (when possible): For checkin BEFORE 11am: 75%/per night rental fee, For checkin AFTER 11am: 50% per night rental fee. Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-in time is 4 pm.

- Late check-out (when possible): For checkout NO LATER THAN 3pm: 50%/per night rental fee, For checkout AFTER 3pm: 100%/per night rental fee. Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-out time is 11 am.

- BBQ GRILL is FREE of charge. Guests will be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it; otherwise, you will have to make a trip to the store to exchange the propane tank. There are Walgreens, Wawa, Lowes, Circle K, Chevron nearby for you to swap the propane tanks. BBQ Grill is placed in the garage. Please bring it outside to the backyard when use and return it back to the garage once done.

- House rules/Wi-Fi information's is displayed on the console framed at the welcome table.

- LAWN TEAM may come during your stay for cutting the grass and bush outside.

- POOL: The community swimming pool is about 5 mins walk. The pool key is in the cabinet of the TV console in the living room. - PET: YES - We are pet-friendly, and will consider only well-behaved and house-trained (or crate trained) dog. There will be a $30 for pet cleaning fees shown when added to reservation. If a pet is brought to the property without being listed on the reservation, a request for the pet cleaning fee will be requested through Vrbo.

* Please don’t bring PETs to the property without being listed on the reservation.

* If you have PETs: Pets are not allowed to go to the beds/couches/pool.

* Please take care of your pets and don’t use our TOWELS for pets.

* Please clean after your pets and make sure they don’t damage our property, furniture.

- TOWELS: Please do NOT stain or use our TOWELs for MAKEUP. We provide “Cotton Pads” for makeup remover in each bathroom. If towels are stained and damaged, $10 will be charged for each towel.

AIR CONDITIONING:
A/C temperatures set between 72ºF-76ºF. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ensure all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There is a security Ring camera at the front exterior of the property. There is no camera inside of the home to ensure your privacy.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days on the at TV console and place trash in the trash can outside daily before 7pm to keep a clean home.
IMPORTANT: Please do not take any trash outside at night as this may cause dogs to bark and disturb the neighbors.
