    Our single-level home is privately positioned away from the street offers comfort and convenience. Perfectly positioned as a gateway to the best that Melbourne has to offer, this home serves as an ideal base for travellers seeking to explore the diverse attractions of both the city and the surrounding natural wonders.

    THE SPACE:

    Bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes and generous storage.

    Bathrooms: 1 modern bathroom with a bathtub.

    Living Area: An open-plan living space with plenty of natural light, an electric recliner couch.

    Dining Area: A cozy dining area.

    Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.

    Additional Features: A separate toilet, split system air conditioner, portable panel heater for extra cold days, and a massage chair.

    Outdoor Area: A huge private backyard with plenty of sunlight, perfect for children to play and adults to unwind. It’s truly a sanctuary for all.

    Parking: 2 car spaces right opposite the house, including one secured garage park.

    BED CONFIGURATIONS:

    Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
    Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
    Living Area: 1 x Double Sofa Bed
    Linen and towels are included for all bookings.

    Our home is perfectly situated in a vibrant neighbourhood with a variety of amenities and attractions within walking distance:

    • Cafes: Just at the end of the street, you’ll find few great cafes. Our favourite spot for brunch on a Sunday is The Hatter & Hare. Kafenio is very popular for its coffee and brunch options. Railway Cafe and Tracks Bar is a cafe by day and bar by night, offering a variety of food and drinks and many more....

    • Transport: The train station is conveniently located only 1km away, providing easy access to explore the rest of Melbourne.

    • Nature: Dandenong Creek Trail where the closest access point (Marie Wallace Bayswater Park) is only a 15 minute walk away. Enjoy the 8km walking trail along the creek – perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls.

    • Amenities: Everything you need is within a 10-minute walk, including Aldi, Coles, a gym, yoga studio, a chemist, a post office, and various eateries.

    • Family-Friendly: There are about 3 kids’ playgrounds in the area, all within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for families with children. Our go-to park is the Marie Wallace Bayswater Park: A large park with a playground, BBQ facilities, and walking trails.

    • Shopping: About 5km away from Westfield Knox and 10km away from Eastland Shopping Centre


    Situated close to Mt. Dandenong, our home provides a convenient starting point for exploring the breathtaking beauty of the Dandenong Ranges and its surrounding attractions. Whether you're craving a leisurely stroll through verdant forests, an adrenaline-fuelled adventure on the slopes of nearby snow mountains, a scenic drive along the Yarra Valley with wine tasting, a relaxing day at the beach, or the vibrant energy of Melbourne city, this residence offers easy access to all cultural landmarks, shopping districts, and culinary spots.

    Whether you're planning a weekend getaway with family or a group retreat with friends, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay right here!

    Guests has access to the whole house including to one secured remote garage car park and one dedicated open car park beside the garage.

    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

    The following strict House Rules apply:

    No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
    No parties or antisocial behaviour.
    No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
    No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
    No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
    If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy:

    For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

    Important:

    Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
    We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.

    If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.

    In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
    We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $1000 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
