The pool was freezing but jumping into a hot spa was great. We managed to fix most of the jets I did notice upgrade to garden with all the ivy missing. Great job dogs loved the fully contained yard Did notice a box thing above stove had fallen though

Advertised as pet friendly with a heated swimming pool. However, there are caveats to the listing. The pool was not heated during the time of my stay and the rules state - No pets inside. This was clarified by the management to be pets permitted inside but not on soft furnishings. Lovely clean house with thoughtful touches and beautiful gardens. However the listing is misleading.

It states pet friendly but once i booked it stated dogs outside only. That was my first issue, with the cost of the accommodation i couldn't be bothered raising it so had to organise a sitter.Now although gorgeous location, the spa cover is practically disintegrating its so old, pool area was stunning but too cold for use. It was clean and tidy, milk frother didnt work, vacuum doesn’t suck properly. So all in all probably a place for kids etc but for adults who are looking for a really nice wind down time where everything works, well not for the price.

Great location and very nice property

House is nice and secure to keep family and pets safe, Comes with all the appliances and resources you’ll need to have a comfortable stay. 10 minute walk to the beach and a 6 minute drive to a woolies. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and the host responded promptly with very helpful and in depth responses. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Perfect family holiday spot!

This house was just as described, if not better. Clean, tidy and with everything we needed for a great stay. We were especially impressed with the pool and fire pit area, with these adding a great experience to our stay. Host communication was prompt and helpful. I would not hesitate to return.

The stay was really great pool and spa were a hit../ Light switch in bathroom is hard to turn off and on and switch it pushed in a bit step leading down to spar is very slippery with some moss on it. We were really happy with our stay and equipped well with outdoor actives The only thing on arrival we had purchased sheets and towels we sent a message about 4.30 and was promised with a hour they will be there but didn’t arrive till 7.00 which we weren’t happy about as had children to put to bed.

needs some attention, overall good

The house and yard could have been quite a bit cleaner and while we knew to bring sheets and tea towels, we weren't expecting to find no soap, shampoo, limited toilet paper, etc. The house is sparse but very serviceable, the pool and spa are great, yard is very nice and pleasant. I would suggest that it needs a more thorough clean and restock by the property manager but overall it's a great property.

A little house that has it all

Bitter ending

We enjoyed our short but sweet stay. The house is modest but comfortable. There was wine & chocolate waiting on our arrival. Check in process was easy & convenient. Pool was a lovely addition and well serviced. However, the area around the spa could be better maintained. Typical of a holiday rental it had a few defects including rubbish left by former guests, stains & marks around the house and a strange smell in the main bedroom. We chose not to use that bedroom. However, GUESTS BEWARE. We were charged $330 to steam clean the carpet in said bedroom after our stay to remove the smell. Host was initially swift with replies but communication dwindled when we tried to rectify the extra charge. As again, we did not use the bedroom. Future guests please note to inspect & report on ALL defects (including smells) on day of arrival to avoid extra charges. Unfortunately the smell was only brought to the hosts attention after our stay, as we chose not to mention it and avoided the room instead. Therefore, the steep cleaning charge fell on us. The charge & difficulties we’ve endured in communicating with hosts post stay has unfortunately put a bitter end to what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Beautiful!

Such a beautiful property. Loved the gardens and lovely clean, warm pool. Managed to swim every day even though the weather wasn't very warm. My little boy enjoyed the big trampoline and table tennis table. Comfortable beds and nice air-conditioning. Was very sad to leave and hope to be back next year!

Amazing place! We would love to come back!

We absolutely loved the house and would love to come back next year for at least one week! And we'll be recommending this house to our close friends. Our kids spent most of their time in the pool and could safely walk to the Blairgowrie shopping center - we couldn't ask for a better location! My husband and I were working from home and enjoyed evening walks after 5pm. The house was big enough for four of us and our small dog. We found it spacious, with enough storage, very clean and beautifully decorated. We used the kitchen to fix us simple meals. We also appreciated front and back-end gardens, very good landscape with well-maintained plants. Property manager was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Solar pool was cold. Needs some repairs around the home but overall nice little get away. Loved the spa and the dog loved it apart from the ivy that needs to be removed.
