    1. Absolutely no parties or unapproved gatherings at any time. Violators may face a $3000 penalty as per our terms.

    2. Loud music cannot be played at any time to maintain good relations with neighbours. Fines may apply for disturbances.

    3, If something breaks, let us know immediately so we can fix or replace it for future guests.

    4. No "schoolies" bookings accepted. Please respect this policy.

    5. Bookings from groups under the age of 28 are not permitted

Saltwood Coastal Hamptons Luxe with Pool was an absolute standout. Immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and clearly brand new, with a thoughtful, high-quality fit-out throughout. The games table, pool, and overall layout made it a genuinely relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.The hosts were a pleasure to deal with — warm, responsive, and generous, including happily accommodating a late checkout, which made a real difference. It felt calm, cared for, and professionally run.An exceptional stay and outstanding value for money. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it.

The house exceeded my expectations and the photos don’t do it justice. The house is very big , clean and very well put together. The pool was amazing and was warm the whole time we were there, my kids loved it. The host was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to stay at a luxury home. Will definitely be booking again in the future.
