The Space:

Welcome to Skyline Living, a modern two-bedroom apartment in Melbourne Square, Southbank.



This apartment is clean, comfortable, and easy to stay in. It is suitable for couples, business travellers, solo guests, small families, or groups of up to 3 guests.



The apartment includes two bedrooms, a private balcony, full kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, and heating.



Master bedroom

The master bedroom has a king bed, fresh linens, blackout curtains, and built-in wardrobe storage.



Second bedroom

The second bedroom has a single bed, fresh linens, and storage space. It is suitable for one guest, a child, or an extra family member.



Living area

The living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, heating, and access to the private balcony.



Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cookware, and utensils. You can prepare simple meals during your stay.



Bathroom

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, fresh towels, hair dryer, and basic toiletries.



Work and Wi-Fi

A desk, chair, and high-speed Wi-Fi are available. This is suitable for remote work, study, business trips, or longer stays.



Laundry

The apartment has a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.



Parking

Secure parking is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance booking is required.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the whole apartment.

You do not share the apartment with anyone else during your stay.



Guests can also use the Level 7 shared facilities, subject to building rules and availability.

The swimming pool and gym are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

A one-time induction is required before using the swimming pool and gym.



Some facilities, such as the BBQ area, meeting room, function room, and banquet room, may need to be booked in advance. These facilities are not guaranteed without booking and approval from building management.



Please keep your access card with you at all times.

You need it to enter the building, use the elevator, and access your floor.

Other Things to Note:

English Version



• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.



• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



• Returning guests: Returning guests can enjoy free late check-out until 11:00 AM.



• Early check-in: Early check-in may be available. We will let you know once cleaning is finished.



• Gym & pool: A one-time induction is required before using the gym and pool.

Induction times:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM



• TV: You can log in to your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts.



• Access card: Your elevator key is also your building access card. Please keep it with you. You need it to enter the building, use the elevator, and access your floor.



• Security: The building has CCTV in common areas and secure key fob access. Security staff are also on-site from 6:00 PM on weekends.



• House rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no events. Please respect the apartment, building facilities, and neighbours.
