  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located converted warehouse in Northcote. The holiday house sits in a secluded location, tucked away from the street, affording a quiet, safe oasis to retreat to at the end of a busy day. Relax in the amplitude of the courtyard or on the first-floor stylish terrace. Make your own Pizza in our wood-fire oven in the Courtyard. Close to proximity to Westgarth/Northcote, Thornbury High Street, restaurants, pubs, bars, cinemas/shops.


    Recently Refurbished in 2022, you will simply fall in love with this luxury holiday house. A fusion of raw elegance and urban zeal. Pets are welcome!

    The vacation home has a leafy, peaceful atmosphere that creates a relaxing and comfortable stay, perfect for families, couples, friends or remote workers seeking a tranquil retreat close to the city.

    Ground Floor:

    High ceilings cradle sunbeams, casting shadows on polished concrete floors, original timber trusses and brick walls.

    Leafy Courtyard/Front Yard: Sip your morning brew amidst greenery or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars. Make your own pizza in our wood-fired oven.

    Bedroom 1: Drift off to sleep in our serene bedroom. Features a double bed, working desk and plenty of wardrobe space.

    Kitchen: Whip up a culinary masterpiece using local produce. Coffee lovers, rejoice—the Nespresso machine awaits! (Please bring your own Pods)
    Stainless steel kitchen appliances, including gas cook top, single oven, dishwasher, and double door fridge with cooled filtered water and ice maker.

    Laundry: European style with washing machine and dryer

    Bathroom: Walk-in shower with rain style shower head. Stylish finishes with brass tapware and underfloor heating.

    Lounge and Meals area: Wooden dining table for 6 and seating are with Smart TV. Rustic tables and furniture weathered chairs—each piece tells a story.

    This area takes advantage of the building’s passive cooling, and has ducted heating when required.

End your day bathing beneath the stars in this calm ensuite space with the large overhead skylight.
    Features a queen size bed with a ceiling skylight, electric black out blinds and split system cooling and heating.
    The ensuite has a shower over bath, underfloor heating, and toilet.

    Our property is dog-friendly! We welcome small dogs under 10 kg. Please ensure you include your pet in the booking details.
