    Welcome to your ultimate lakeside sanctuary in Point Cook! This expansive and luxurious home is designed to accommodate families and large groups, offering both comfort and elegance in every corner. With six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each guest will find their own perfect space to relax and unwind.

    The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a king-sized bed and offering views of the peaceful surroundings. Bedrooms 2 and 4 are equally inviting, each furnished with a queen-sized bed that promises a restful night’s sleep. For those who prefer a bit more space, Bedroom 3 offers another king-sized bed, providing both comfort and luxury. Bedroom 5 is ideal for families or friends, with two double beds that allow for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Finally, Bedroom 6, with its two king single beds, is perfect for children or those who enjoy their own private space.

    The living area is the heart of this home, a spacious and welcoming environment where everyone can gather to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.     • Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
    • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
    • Pets are allowed.
    • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
    • We will contact you with check-in and key-collection details before your arrival.
    • On Sunday nights, ensure pull the bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
    • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
    • Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
    • Please keep the key(s) with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
    • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
    • You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

    • We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming, and as comfortable as possible.

    • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
    • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
    • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
    • Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the kitchenware and oven after use, otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
    • On MONDAY NIGHTS, plz pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
    • Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
    • Please ensure empty all bins inside the rooms and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
    • We have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls, shampoo, but these may not be sufficient for your entire stay. Should you require additional supplies, you can can find local stores nearby.
    • Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
    • Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
    • To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.

    To maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests, please follow these PET GUIDELINES, charges may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed.
    • Only one well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed.
    • Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own pet bedding or mat and necessary equipment such as bowls, crate, beds, leash and leads, etc. If your pets have been found on any furnishings, couches, beds or upholstery, Extra fees will be applicable, which may include linen replacement and/or excess cleaning fees.
    • Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs.
    • Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges.
    • Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty.
    • Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests.
    • If we receive complaints from neighbors about excessive barking or disruptive behavior, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. We are under strict instruction from the local council and want to be respectful of our neighbors.

    By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
