Supplies & cleaning: A starter kit of essential consumables is provided on arrival. For extended stays, replenishing supplies is the guest`s responsibility. For stays longer than 28 nights, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged during your stay at an additional cost. Further cleans can also be arranged on request at an additional cost — just let us know.

• High-speed WiFi is included throughout your stay. Occasional interruptions may occur due to building or provider factors outside our control, and resolution times are ultimately dependent on the provider
• Any damage or breakages should be reported to us promptly
