The heart of the home is an air-conditioned open-plan area, underscored by an instantly relaxed lounge, a 50-inch television, and a 6-seat dining setting. Cook up a storm in a stone-finished kitchen showcasing an inviting island bench and quality appliances including a dishwasher, an easy-clean electric cooktop, and an integrated double-door fridge/freezer.

    Step outside through sliding glass to a north-facing wraparound terrace under shelter and shade, complemented by private lounge/dining and the use of a 5-burner Jumbuck BBQ on natural gas.
