Linen and towels: Linen and towels are supplied for your stay and includes bedding, sheets, quilts and towels. Please BYO beach towels.
Children: A portacot and high chair service is available to hire and can be dropped off at the house.
Pets: Trained dogs allowed. Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture or carpet. Must clean up after pets to avoid extra charges Dogs must be kept on leash when outside the property. Dogs cannot be left alone on balcony.
Security cameras: There are security cameras at the property. One in the garage , door bell camera outside the front door and driveway area.
Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples, large groups, bridal and wedding groups. We do not accept schoolies bookings The base price is 2 guests and the price increases by $40 per person per nights booked after that plus Airbnb fees.
Bookings: Standard check-in: 3pm Standard check-out: 10am $1500 bond required for all bookings No parties are permitted and the number of guest who book must be the numbers at the property. Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
MP Registration STA 0336/23 Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

Including The National, St Andrews, The Dunes, Eagle Ridge, Racv Club, Rosebud Country Club, and the widespread practice driving range at Trueman's Road; sit back and relax on the deck with your group for wood fire pizza and drinks.

Luxury that’s family friendly
Such an amazing weekend away with family and pet dog. Facilities at the house were amazing with all the lux. Great location, very peaceful and close drive to all amenities. The entire family loved our stay and would highly recommend.

This accommodation was unbelievable. Was the perfect place to have the boys annual golf trip. Backing right up to moonah golf links was perfect. Facilities inside were nice and clean and everything was in good working order. 5 stars. Well done team, we will be back.
