Three-room holiday home on the first floor accessible via a small private road, 550 meters on foot from the beach of Torre dell'Orso.

The house is close to the center and is 150 meters from the seafront and 450 meters as the crow flies from the enchanting sandy beach of Torre Dell'orso, one of the marinas of Melendugno.

The accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and fridge, as well as two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
The house also boasts a flat screen TV and an outdoor shower.

The house allows the hospitality of pets, to be communicated at the time of booking indicating the weight of the 4-legged friend. Small pets are accepted (kg not exceeding 8 kg) and a supplement of 100 euros is required for the entire stay.
