Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Melezzole

The property is only six months old so it was in excellent condition and is a fantastic renovation of the old bank building. The location is perfect and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with all of the amenities that you would expect in this type of hotel. The only downside/slight negative was being presented with a €65/night service charge on check out. This left a sour taste and whilst discretionary we would never refuse it as the staff were lovely, but why don’t you just include it in the rate up front and pay your staff appropriately. It shouldn’t require a fixed service charge of this nature to remunerate staff with a good wage when you charge these types of hotel rates.

Love it

La ubicación inmejorable, el personal con una calidad de servicio insuperable, los alimentos y atención en la cena y desayuno, divinos, me encanta cuando me hacen sentir como en casa, como el viejo amigo que retorna a casa
