  • 2 bedroom 2 bath. We are located just west of Main St. Perfectly located to walk to many attractions, bars, and restaurants!!!! Well appointed unit on second story of small complex. Gated parking for one car. Street parking available!!

Nice place, conveniently located close to attractions, entertainment and food...but the neighborhood is a little noisy due to the activity on the surrounding streets.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The gated access parking makes you feel safe. Many restaurants within walking distance. The property owners are great with communication and even let us modify our days after we had booked.

Blues Landing is in the absolute perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere. Very close to excellent places of interest and good restaurants and bars. The condo is spacious, well furnished and with great amenities - kettle, toaster (vip for Aussies!), coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc; and fabulous secure parking. The beds are comfy, and the showers’ water pressure is great. Dennis is an excellent communicator, good check in details, and very quick to respond to our one question which was just about leaving our car in the parking space for a couple of hours after check out. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend Blues Landing for a very convenient and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue’s Landing! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Beale Street, top attractions, and fantastic restaurants. Dennis and Cyndi were wonderful hosts, providing lots of helpful information about the area and tips on getting around. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. If we ever return to Memphis, we’d definitely want to stay here again!

Excellent

A great location for exploring all the area has to offer. A very short walk to Beale Street & the Civil Rights Museum (excellent) too. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished & equipped & perfect for two couples, with lots of nice individual touches. Secure on site parking a bonus. Highly recommended & would happily stay here again if in the area.

Blues Landing 5 stars all the way!

Blues Landing is a lovely spot-- beautiful inside, very clean, and close to everything in the downtown area. Dennis, our host, was easy to communicate with also. Highly recommend!

Perfect place

If you're a family traveling with kids and are looking to visit the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale St., etc., you're not gonna find a better place than this. The location is perfect and the space is gorgeous. I've had experiences with that OTHER rental site where I show up and the place is nothing like the listing but I'm now two for two with VRBO. You definitely won't be disappointed with your stay here.

Will stay again!

This property was super easy to check in/check out and was very clean and nicely put together. They had everything we needed from dishes, bedding, towels, etc.. We lived that this property was just a short walk to Beale Street. Although the view from the little balcony was of homeless people and the abandoned, dilapidated building next door, we still felt very safe and comfortable. There was a high police presence on the street at night. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay! The place wasn’t completely prepared for us BUT the owner and manager responded quickly to the situation. I appreciated their fast response. I’m not sure if the promise of a partial refund was done. But the fast response to the complaint was appreciated. It’s a great location and close to everything.
