Atención súper mala, sucias y viejas las habitaciones horribles los baños,las teles no servían bien olían horrible las habitaciones nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces la habitación y tapara la tina de baño toda sucia un asco de hotel, lo único bueno de ahí es que está caminando para ir a ver todo lo de Elvis pero aún así es mejor quedarte en otro lugar pero ahi piénsalo mucho yo no volvería quedarme ahi

Las instalaciones sucias y descuidadas. Lo único bueno es la cercanía a Graceland. Realmente no lo recomiendo

Rebeca no habla español, faltaba control de tv en cuarto y nos atendió muy bien. El hotel especial para visitar Graceland y ofrece un ambiente de Elvis a plenitud. Transporte público a la mano.

I had the best time, the room was lovely and had just been refurbised, the staff were lovely the mature woman at the desk was the best so friendly and kind. I had enough warning that breakfast was not at that moment in time an option, so I just went and got some bits in. I spent 9 days here and was a women on my own not once did I feel unsafe. There is enough places to eat out for cheap prices and lovely food. Its a 3 min walk to Graceland plus Memphis tour guides (Sue Freeman) picks up from outside the Days Inn . So all in all had the very best amazing stay.

That the owners are starting to refurbish. But take care of thins like clean entrance way. Sweepin hall and staircases. Make sure duvet doesn have stains and cigarette burns. I appreciate there us nuch to making a property refurbish but pay closer attention to the simple things. Like the fllors are not well mopped or vacummed. Beds are comfotsble and fresh psint great

There was power outage for almost 3 hours. Had my child freaking out because it was pitch black in our room. We had to eat in the dark using phone flashlights. Overall not a great experience.

The beds was up to date and tv. The front desk employees was very rude and certain house keepers was very rude but maintenance was pretty nice

I got to the hotel and it was under renovations. The front desk person stated the only had 6 rooms available on the entire property and it was booked. my commplaint is why dont they contact the third party apps and let them know not to rent rooms on there site . instead of waiting till you show up and your money has already been taken. It put me in a huge bind. donjt know about yall but I DONT NEED TO THROW AWAY MONEY

Walk in distance to Graceland. However, they currently under renovation, our unit was nice but lacking some of the finishing, no safe in room, no coffee machine, no smoke detector which is a fire code violation. The bathtub was dirty and still having construction residue and the toilet was leaking. No breakfast or coffee in main lobby as the kitchen is under renovation.

Horrible experience
The exterior of the hotel is in such a poor state of repair, the reception lobby is not welcoming and is cluttered with mess. Staff did not seem interested and very poor communication. The room itself although having some what of a refit needs a lot more work, the bathroom has no shower curtain, toilet roll holder, towel holder or anywhere to hang clothes. The tv had such poor connection that we where unable to watch it. The stay was that poor overall we left at 4am the next morning

Lage und Zimmer frisch renoviert. Die Anlage selbst ist im Moment noch nicht gut, Sauberkeit am Pool, Mülleimer nicht geleert, etc, war / ist im Moment am Umbau/ Renovierung.. Kann ich dennoch empfehlen.

We grabbed a room there as it was right next door to Graceland. They must have been undergoing renovations at the time as there was a bit of work going on at the property, but as a result we ended up with a freshly renovated room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we were after.

There were no plastic cups for drinking water, or whatever. The ice machine was encrusted. There was nothing to drink (soda, etc.) on property. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower. There was no shower curtain. There was no toilet paper holder. There was a space under the door, for creatures to come in. I slept in my clothes. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but left the next morning. A very unpleasant experience.

Hotellet er under renovering. Billederne af hotellet er misvisende. Udendørsarealerne er beskidte. Værelset var fint - Det var renoveret, men ikke helt færdigt. Jeg håber, at renoveringen fortsætter, og at man kommer i mål og bliver færdig, fordi placeret er rigtig god ift Graceland, og hvis man kommer i bil. Det er nemt at komme fra og til.

This was the worst days inn I ever went to There was trash everywhere on the grounds no coffee maker or coffee in the lobby and no breakfast that they advertised They had no shower curtain and the toilet seat was broken and the pool was closed Only good thing was it was close to Graceland

My card was charged for two night reservation. Upon arriving, from out of state, on business, my room reservation had been canceled, which really fouled my business plans for the trip, not to mention my credit card hassle put me away from home, with no funds to carry out my stay.

Otima localização na esquina de Graceland, para visitar a mansão ou o complexo do Elvis é possivel ir a pé. O hotel estava em reforma, mato e grama alta na calçada, a chave cartão não estava funcionando na maçaneta, precisamos chamar a recepcionista todas as vezes que voltavamos para o quarto.

After booking I was advised that breakfast was not available “due to covid”. It’s July of 2023 for reference and the pandemic is over. Weeds growing in the parking lot due to nobody cutting grass. Area of town was really sketchy. G$n sh$ts constantly throughout our stay. The umbrella remained in the pool water for the last two days of our stay. Satellite worked at times but mostly not.

I chose this location due to the proximity to Graceland. However, there were weeds around the entire property, the pool and parking lot that appear to never have been taken care of. You can see that theycare remodeling, but what is currently there is not being maintained. The interior of the room seems like they are still being remodeled as well which is great. But, there are some things that weren't taken care of yet. For instance the shower head was dirty, the plug in the sink wouldn't stay up so you had to lift the plug to drain and the toilet flushed, but you had to hold down the handle and it was VERY loud. Overall, the stay was ok.

I did not like that I to go up to flights of stairs to getvto my room, TV did not work and shower/tub was very slippery. Front desk person was rud. It is sad that you associate Elvis with this hotel.

En travaux à éviter en ce moment Pas de café ni dans la chambre ni à l accueil Cafards dans la chambre Salle de bain humide draps humides Piscine non nettoyée des insectes dedans Ouvriers qui fument boivent de la bière à la piscine le soir - tout va bien !!! Chambre non faite le deuxième jour A éviter pendant au moins 6 mois ils cassent tout

I got notified 3 hours into my trip there that takes 6 hours to arrive from my home that they couldn’t accommodate me when I made the reservation almost 3 weeks ago after some back and forth they gave me a crappy room to say the least. Dirty room stains on the sheets and when I asked for new sheets I was told they didn’t have any. Terrible experience for me and my daughter to say the least!
