I wouldn't even recommend this to an enemy...nasty

dirty vinyl floor, holes in the wall, just soap, no shampoo. Old raggedy towel. Hole burned in comforter, all the through the sheet so, obviously that was never changed. just downright nasty and dirty. Very scary area and drug activity noticed. Old TV, blinds broken, bath vanity water damaged, countertop damaged...very beat up unit

ASALTAN, NO LLEGUEN!!!

Aun con reserv pre pagada, no tenian habitacion. Hicieron esperar afuera donde nos quisieron asaltar. Terrible experiencia.

I have pictures of the first room it's nasty.no microwave washcloth or dry off towels.had someone bang on my door Saturday morning talking get up and out or I had to again pay again fore to stay until Sunday when I paid for 4days

Under construction???

Room was dirty. Tub was dirty. No pillow. Towel (1) was thread bare. Roaches in room. TV did not change channel or volume. Had to unplug TV to turn off. Very dirty area. Hotel was being painted - exterior. Great AC & internet !!

I booked the room and when we got thier it had a sign on the door closed on saturday no one could tell us anything so we never checked in to the place i want my money back today

Worst hotel ever

These pieces of trash would not let me check in, had the lobby locked and closed and fefused to check me in after i drove from a state away on a christmas trip.

Roaches everywhere! This place is full of bugs. The rooms are big but the beds are not queen sized as advertised. The fridge wasn't clean and neither was the bathroom. The windows have car tint on them to keep people from looking in. And we had someone knocking at our door all night long asking for someone else. Not worth the money I spent.

Disappointment

High price with no free breakfast. Towels were not replaced.Coffee, tea and water were also not replaced. Pool was very nice

Run-down property

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating but the property itself is in very poor condition. The heating/cooling unit in my room did not work. There was no shower curtain and the shower and tub appeared dirty. There was an unsightly wire dangling from the ceiling. There was no toilet paper holder. No pillows, no toiletries, and no towels in the room. Front desk kindly provided a pillow and towels. The old CRT TV worked but there was no remote control. There was no WiFi signal in my room. There are many rooms at this property so perhaps some rooms get a WiFi signal but mine didn’t. The room had a dank smell as well. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. The sheets seemed to be clean, but there was little else about the room that could be recommended.

Hotels.com failed me

They didn't have a room for us, they said hotels. Com over booked.. ended up spending way more money than expected

This property was the most disgusting place I have stayed in over 10 years of working on the road. I am disputing the charges on my Bank of America card and have filed a complaint with Memphis Better Business Bureau. I paid for a week. Stayed one night and was refused any refund..including my cleaning/damage deposit. That,s a joke. This place is not safe. Has structural and health issues for anyone who wants to cook in the room.

I didnt like anything!!!! I would not advise anyone to stay there unless you like roaches. Everything inside needs repair and updates. I personally slept in my clothes because of the filth. The pool is empty and seems to be where the dump the trash. Overall its terrible and if you tryna save money its still not worth it!

Did not like the property at all. This hotel is for familys that live there in Memphis not for travelers. It had kids blankets for curtains. Blinds were broken. Cabinets doors were broken. My opinion it should not have been on Expedia.
