A solo dos cuadras de North Parkway en el lado norte de Midtown, junto al nuevo desarrollo de Crosstown Concourse ... 1200 pies cuadrados de espacio bien equipado. Dos habitaciones, camas tamaño queen en cada una, sala de estar, combinación de cocina y comedor. El apartamento es el piso superior de una casa de 1907 en el Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos, y tiene vistas a una mediana con árboles de magnolia de más de 100 años. El vecindario es diverso, tranquilo y como un parque. Estás cerca del centro, a solo un par de millas. Overton Park y Levitt Shell están a 1. 4 millas de distancia, Overton Square 1. 8, Cooper Young 2. 4 millas. This was one of my most favorite stays in a VRBO, Air B&B, etc. When i pulled up, I let my dog out (on leash) to let him check things out and maybe do a little business, and that's when the owner came right out to the street to shake my hand and meet us.He is very pleasant gentleman; eaay to talk to; friendly and accommodating. The home itself didn't feel like a place we rented for the night; it really felt like home with the most comfortable beds ever ... and the decorations were awesome. Very comfortable. 11/10 - will be staying again.

Older home in midtown. Upstairs would be issue for older folks. Safe area. Close to Crosstown, Rhodes College and Alex’ Tavern. Clean, well equipped and host was nearby and attentive. Would stay again. Bathtub would be a little tricky, especially for older folks.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay with Don and Billie. Wonderful and responsive hosts. They provided great local information to help us get the best out of our time in Memphis. The accommodation was great with the little things that make a hassle free stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with plenty of towels for multiple guests. A fully stocked kitchen including coffee pods, sugar, and creamer was also available making an easy start to the day. We needed a later check out and they were great about meeting our needs. We had an extra person in our party and they were great about that too. Billie also had great horticultural conversations with my adult daughter and sent her home with cuttings. This stay was like visiting family and helped make our visit to Memphis exceptional. Thanks guys!

Great one night stay

Super cute dog friendly apartment! Don’t let the outside of the home scare you, the interior is nicely decorated, beds are comfy, everything you need for a couple of nights! Looks like they might be about to paint the exterior which would greatly improve the curb appeal. Thanks for having us!

Lovely place!

The owner was there when we arrived, and he was very friendly. He had unlocked the door and turned on the AC units to cool the apartment down a bit. The whole place was super cute and we especially liked the signs in the kitchen and the bathroom. They were hilarious and also informative

Pegasus Paradise

This charming apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of four, spending a long weekend in Memphis for Rhodes College Family Weekend. It was five minutes from the college, which made things easy for us, but it was also extremely easy to get to interesting and eclectic Midtown restaurants as well as to downtown. Don accommodated a special request we had, and we had several pleasant exchanges with Billy as well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the neighborhood leafy and quiet. We intend to stay here again when visiting our daughter!

Charming getaway in Memphis

What a great apartment! It’s located on a nice tree lined road that is centrally located to most places we wanted to go. The owner was great and communicated all the necessary information for an easy check-in. There is a beautiful butterfly garden out front and the apartment is really nice. Everything is very clean and the space is so inviting. We had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Lovely period features inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Bathroom lovely and clean. The owners are doing work on the outside so looks a bit rundown but the inside is really nice and there is a lovely garden out front. The host was very friendly and met us on arrival and had a good chat and gave recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and I’m fussy about beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Check in process couldn’t be easier. I contacted the property own to ask if early check in was possible. Circumstances enabled early check in and owner sent me a message letting me Know the property was available at noon. We had an issue with internet/Wifi. I notified the owner and it was fixed a few hours later (cable company error). The location is just 2-3 miles from downtown area ina nice quiet neighborhood close to the old Sear distribution building. I recommend checking it out. Charming old home. The beds were so Comfortable! Each room has its own window AC which is important to me. Enjoyed our stay!
