Very nice place with all that you need. Comfortable bed, full kitchen, laundry and dryer, plenty of space.It is noisy but that's because it's so close to the downtown area, which is a trade off we were happy to make.

The location is prime towards walking to Beale Street or other tourist locations. We spent a lot of time walking even though we drove to Memphis for the trip and had a vehicle available for usage. SOB, Slider Inn, and the Arcade are nearby restaurants with great tasting food. The property is clean, well organized, and modern. I did not realize it until we got back but we were receiving multiple e-mails from the owner. If I did check my e-mail during the stay, I would have saw that they were incredibly informative. Great communication and a great value, if I end back in Memphis for a few days I would love to stay here again.

Tim was an amazing host. The apartment was lovely; extremely clean. The location was superb. Easy to walk to my meeting at the Renasant and even closer to major tourist attractions and great restaurants. Will definitely stay when I return to Memphis!

Exactly as described. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Memphis. Walking distance to Beale St, Civil Rights Museum, downtown and easy drive to Graceland. Tim is a very great host and very responsive.

Weekend in Memphis

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! This unit was located walking-distance to all of our favorite Memphis eats and close to so many activities. Parking and accessing our unit was easy. Even with so many great spots to stay in Memphis, we would definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Well come here again!

Neighborhood location was perfect for visiting Memphis. So close to Beale Street and the festival along the river. We went to the bar downstairs before checking in; we had a ball. The place was clean and comfortable, and well-appointed (had ice in the ice maker and coffee for the coffee pot). We will be back!

More than I hoped for!!!

As the title states, the property was more than I had hoped! It is within easy walking distance of Beale Street, the Civil Rights Museum, a litany of restaurants, and much more. The property is well-maintained and has all of the needed amenities. The owner was in frequent communication leading up to, during, and after my stay. I would highly recommend this location and the property owner to others, and on my next trip to Memphis, I will be sure to stay here again.

Accurate listing

Great location with accurate listing. Check in was very easy and communication before and during was great. Very nice place for a couple to stay. The only thing I would change, as a personal preference, would be a TV in the bedroom. Everything we needed was provided.

Perfect Hideaway in the middle of everything

We absolutely loved the place and the location. Very comfortable and roomy. Clean and so hip. We will definitely stay here again. Such a great find!!My only complaint was I like to be able to text with a person, not a BOT. It makes you feel more secure about your trip, and it's a very nice personal touch. I feel like there are a lot of fees tacked on these days, and it would be nice for that to include interaction with a person.

One of the best

This was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed at. Very close to Beale Street and a lot of restaurants and bars close by as well. The property manager was very quick to respond to any messages. The apartment is actually a bit larger than it appears in the pictures. I would definitely try and stay here again next time I'm in Memphis.

Nice for an overnight downtown

We stayed Friday & Saturday night and found out right away why there were ear plugs and eye masks left on each of the nightstands. Directly underneath our unit is the restaurant downstairs which happened to be hosting a birthday party with very loud people and until 10:30 ish. Followed by screaming sirens from police into the early morning hours. Saturday evening was much more quite both in the restaurant on on the street and I suppose if you live in the city, you wouldn’t be bothered by the noise. But it’s something I was not expecting to be so prevalent making it difficult to sleep.This is a nice condo, the furniture is very comfortable. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The pillows were fairly flat and could definitely use replaced. There are also blinds that are broken and definitely. The unit could benefit from some room darkening curtains over the three blinds that are in the bedroom because of the light on the street. It would be a huge upgrade for people who stay. Overall, this condo is everything that it said it was minus not realizing that it would be so noisy at night.

Stay for St Jude marathon

This property was excellent to stay at. It was in a convenient location for me and plenty of things were within walking distance without having to drive anywhere. The owner(s) were excellent to communicate with. I have no doubt that they would have responded in a timely manner had I needed anything during my stay, but I didn't as things were in excellent condition just as the listing stated. It fets a big thumbs up from me.

Anniversary trip

It was more than we expected. It as perfect for our anniversary trip. Location was great and we were able to walk to a lot of stores and attractions. If we had to drive to anything, it was a short commute. Would definitely love to stay there again.
