We had an issue with the staff entering our room unannounced. She had longer blonde hair a taller bigger built younger woman. She entered my room, shut the door and stood by the door and then left. If you've ever stayed at a rental property before with a kitchen, you know that the kitchen is usually stocked with the bare basics gathered from a thrift store. NOT the case here!
