It was nice and cozy. Very welcoming to pets. The property was very clean. The fire pit was nice to sit around in the evening. The grill was clean to use. The stocked coffee station along with soap at all the sinks and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower were nice touches. The porches were nice to sit and soak up the sun reading a book.

Perfect cabin getaway for a young family

We had a great experience at the tiny home. Our boys (8 and 5) loved the separate loft space and everything was very clean and well organized. The kids especially enjoyed the game selection! We really appreciated the numerous different types of outdoor space, including the enclosed porch, the deck, and the outdoor fire pit and patio. The large windows made everything feel even more outdoorsy but still secluded given the cabin’s tucked away spot on the overall property. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, and we certainly hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful scenery, home needs some cleaning and improvements

Stains on the sheets. Dryer did not work very well at all, sink in bathroom had a bowl under it due to its leak that had to be emptied, screens on porch are busted out, very few blankets for the pull out bed and no pillows. Very small hand vacuum that didn’t work, tons of spider webs with spider eggs around the outside and inside patio. Other than that the scenery was beautiful and the surrounding residents were very friendly!

Total Relaxation Therapy

This Tiny Home was nice, clean and has a totally relaxing feel. My Husband, our Dog and Myself loved the trails, the cool nights by the fire pit and grilling out. It is tucked away far enough away from the other homes, is quiet and has a really nice dog park within walking distance. Exactly what was needed to unwind and just spend some time together. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Seth and Emmye

No inside fireplace

This property was a great location and very clean. However, we were looking forward to having an indoor fireplace, which there was not. It was listed as having one, although there were no pictures of it… I should’ve inquired before booking. Also, as a note to the owner, the information book inside the cabin also has instructions on how to use “ indoor fireplace” of which there is not one. We were slightly disappointed, but the location and solitude was great.

Family weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seth and Emmye’s mountain home! This cutie of a place is located in a well-maintained gated community and is tucked away from the other properties. The home was meticulously clean and so beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable, and it had pretty much everything anyone could need. The outdoor spaces were amazing; I could have spent all day on the swing. Menlo is on Georgia EST time, but if you walk just far enough outside, your phone will ping a CST cell tower…so just keep this in mind when you’re looking at the time. The home is only 15 or so minutes from Mentone and DeSoto Falls. Book this adorable home; you won’t regret it!

Modern, Spacious Tiny Home in the Trees

Thank you to Seth and Emmye for giving me a worry free beautiful place to stay so far from home. Everything was as listed and clean. 10 stars!! The dogs and I loved the screened in porch to the beautiful deck in the trees! So much room! The kitchen and TV, washer and dryer were in like new condition. Water pressure and hot water were great! All the essentials were provided...shampoo, soaps, fresh garbage bags, laundry detergent! Even K cups for those who need. Wi Fi at the house was also easy to get into and the signals were strong. I recommend getting to the destination before dark for your first night. Bring yourselves and enjoy a great get away in a friendly small community so close to nature! If I return to the area I will plan it around booking this VRBO again! Thank you!
