“I booked this hotel due to the rating (9/10). It was far from that, the bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were so bad we had to use our travel/plane pillows instead. The hotel was up a back street about 30mins by car from the city, with no other tourists around and the only shop was a 7eleven. The street was smelly and there was huge garbage piles everywhere next to the roads. I had paid for 2 tooms for 2 nights but left the next morning not caring about a refund for the 2nd night. “Para llegar desde la estación de Airlink debimos tomarnos un Grab porque si bien es cerca, es muy oscuro. Pedimos comida y si bien eran porciones muy grandes, el valor era bastante costoso. Hicimos rápido el check in y check out. Muy caluroso fuera de la habitación y ascensor un tanto descuidado”

“Todo muy bien a excepción de que la cama es demasiado plana y dura para mi gusto ”

“My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was maintained well. Pool was huge!!! A lot of dining options nearby. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working due to a signal issue. However, this isn't a complaint. I didn't fly around the world to watch TV, so perfectly fine with me. Thank you for the great service and accommodations! I would highly recommend!!!”

“Clean room, nice service”

“I don’t recommend it”

“Nice hotel with simple & basic rooms. Room was fully furnished with basic necessities and balcony. Air-conditioning had good cooling but loud. The mini fridge had broken door shelves, so couldn't place water or anything in the door. The staff were helpful and very kind 🙂 The hotel offers👍: -Laundry washing machines -Drinking Water dispensing machine There is a convenient store next to the hotel, but the hotel is a little far from the main road.”

“No había tiendas cerca, no cambiaron las ropa de cama en toda mi estancia, no me dieron repuestos de aseo personal.”
