Restaurants it was terrible that everything was booked.So we were only able to enjoy 1 Restaurant on our vaction. You need to make changes as far as food in buffet eating the same food throughout the day is not appealing. Making reservations find a better system.If you were us would your vaction be amazing?

Property was very nice and the staff was very professional and helpful. Only one small issue. Was the elevator would stop working on and off throughout the day. Which I understand is not the staffs fault. Overall the experience at Riu Montego Bay was wonderful for me.

I traveled alone for Mother's Day and it was amazing!! Sophia gave me the best massage. The staff was professional and kind. The hotel has a schedule with a bunch of free activities you can participate in (Download the Excellence app). Dean takes beautiful pictures for purchase. The food options were great! Overall I had a blast.

"The buffet was amazing! Service were really polite and fast! Only thing is if you stay at Riu Monte’s Bay you’re not allowed to crossover Palace or Reggae but yet Reggae and Palace can crossover to Montego Bay makes no sense. Other than that beautiful room and view don’t hesitate on booking this ..."
