“The room was clean .their was fresh towels.the staff were friendly. Good entertainment. Breakfasts was quite good .but the way the tea and coffee area was set out was not good .and i found the coffee and milk jugs heavy to lift.”

“Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'”

“A great 4 night stay. We ate at the hotel each evening, something different each night from the great menu. Mostly chosen for the surrounding area and despite a rather dire weather forecast we were out and about most days, and the spa and pool filled in one afternoon. Thanks to all the team for a great stay, we’ll miss the seats by the fire in the bar.”

“We were checked in by a very polite and friendly young lady who gave us full information about the hotel We spoke with her again later when a further family member checked in and she had allocated them and adjoining room - such a classy act as the other guest is around 80 years old Well done and thank you”
