“5 Stars! The house was fabulous! Clean, roomy, lovely and had everything we needed. Just the two of stayed, but it is clearly perfect for a family with children. We would definitely stay again. The neighborhood is also really great and safe. We loved the porch and backyard. It was too cool (surprisingly) to use the pool, but the hot tub was wonderful and super clean. The grill was also clean and ready for us to enjoy. No complaints at all, just compliments. Rent this house!”

“I live in the Phx metro area and lived in Fountain Hills previously. It was great to get back there and the home was great. Provided a good, relaxing weekend, and we loved the layout of the home. It's late May so pool still a little chilly. But we dealt with it vs paying to have it heated. A great time all in all!”

“Unit was good but replacement of mattress in Master bedroom is needed. Upgrades in kitchen like more silverware and coffee cups would be a plus, had to use DW often just to have some clean basics. I was surprised to see no cocktail/wine glasses. Ice machine in freezer needs to be looked at and Walkin shower needs caulking, water leaks out onto the floor. Unit was clean. Good location. Complex is 100% non-smoking, so if you like an occasional cigar/cig. on the patio your out of luck here, just an...
