“Charming downtown apartment is exactly what this place is. 5 minutes from the baseball park and 15 minutes from the Pheonix zoo. Super clean and super friendly. I can be a tough customer when it comes to travel I loved my stay here. Thank you Expedia.”

“Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”

“I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. Unfortunately the air conditioner seems to be inadequate for the space. The temperature inside was consistently several...

“House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

“Very clean and well decorated. Great location close to anything you might need or want in downtown Phoenix. Gym is awesome and the complimentary coffee bar was a nice extra. Quiet even though you’re in the city and I felt very safe walking all around the area. ”

“The building is beautiful and so is the apartment. We had issues with the fact that the outside gate needed a code and without a light out front we found it a pain to press the numbers while looking at our phone while trying to use our phone flashlight. Next is the tiny army of tinny tiny ants in the kitchen.And the A/C blows at such a force and with such freezing air I found it terribly uncomfortable. ”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...
