“The 2 bedroom room was amazing for size. The view over mountains was amazing. Rubbish found under the bed. Dusty window seals. Outdoor table and chairs had cob webs. They didn’t leave remote controls for the aircons. So couldn’t adjust. Had to call after hours. Mac was amazing and came out. But the aircons turned off after a few hours. Bedrooms was freezing. Folded up Tables and a big white board was left in the main area which wasn’t ideal with a little one.”

“Unique location and treehouse. Next to a creek. Kitchen with appropriate supplies. Dishwasher. Hot water for shower.”

“Staff were amazing and cabin was lovely. Thing which was a real winner for me is the fact they had fans as well as airconditioning. Not many places have fans anymore. Lovely place to stay.”

“Room was perfect for what we needed, clean and well set out. Staff were fantastic. Easy parking and kids loved the jumping pillow, pools and water park. Highly recommended holiday destination ”

“Although the property is a bit dated, it was very clean overall, except that some of the cutlery wasn’t as clean as expected. The facilities were well equipped, and the garden was beautiful. We especially enjoyed relaxing and having meals on the deck, which was very comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here.”

“Great property /staff/cleaness”

“Bugs in the sink. Old. Run down. Not at all like the photos. Smelly. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Mold on the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t offered until 10:20am. Didn’t feel comfortable to accept the food/drinks. Don’t stay the duration of the booking it was that bad. ”

“we stayed in 1 of the tents, undoubtedly the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in. When we arrived the lady who served us at reception had no interest in helping us with anything. The showers and toilets were good and clean, camp kitchen was OK, There is not much to do here except the Lava Tubes and the volcano, planned properly you could make this a day trip and stay anywhere else”

“Its a beautiful place, we stayed in the hotel room, she was nice and put an exra bed for us as i booked on wotsapp and she had to put an exra bed in anyway it was nice and clean, kids loved the pool and rooms are exra quiet. Microwave didn't work and there was no cooking facilities in the room, which i was disappointed in as we had a family and didn't want to eat out every night. Over all very nice.”
