Large warm and welcoming house of 230 m² located in Mesquer which has 6 bedrooms including one in a mezzanine and can accommodate up to 14 people. The distribution of bedrooms is as follows: four bedrooms and one in a mezzanine each have a double bed and one bedroom has four single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. It has a large garden of 13,000 m², a terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful fireplace. You will also find a television, a DVD player, a radio, a baby cot and a high chair, an iron and a hairdryer. All bedding is new. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a raclette machine. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a second refrigerator. An outdoor parking space for six cars completes this accommodation.
