Esta espectacular planta baja / unidad orientada al sur se encuentra en el complejo de condominios Hawk Ridge, a menos de 1/4 de milla del mejor campo de golf Wolf Creek Championship de Mesquite. Ubicado a aproximadamente una hora al noreste de Las Vegas, Mesquite ofrece mucho que ver con 7 campos de golf de campeonato con casinos, spas y restaurantes cerca. Los parques nacionales de St George Utah, Bryce y Zion merecen la pena para visitar los hermosos cañones de roca roja.

Tranquila y bellamente decorada, esta unidad le ofrece un cómodo hogar lejos del hogar mientras disfruta de las vistas a la montaña desde el patio y las cálidas temperaturas de Mesquite. Nuestra cocina con encimera de granito está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para cocinar. Hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en la unidad, así como una casa club en el lugar con gimnasio, piscina climatizada, spa y barbacoa. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño principal completo y un colchón Queen Sealy Premium con un cubrecolchón Serenity Temperpedic Memory Foam. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales que se pueden juntar fácilmente para hacer un rey si lo desea. Ambas camas también tienen un colchón de espuma viscoelástica y las dos habitaciones están equipadas con televisores Samsung de 42 "con control remoto y ventiladores de techo. Las habitaciones también están orientadas al norte, así que no te despiertes con la brillante luz del sol que brilla hasta que estés listo.

From the booking to our arrival the communication was exceptional and once we arrived…the property was amazing. The location is central to everything in the area and easy to get to from the main roads in town.The condo itself was immaculate and had everything you would need for your stay. It was clean and well appointed with up to date furniture that was comfy too!Can’t recommend this property any higher, exceptional. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

I was pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities you would expect in a rental unit. I’ve rented through VRBO before and not had the amenities that would be expected.The tall toilet and sink in the master bathroom very much appreciatedCeiling fans in the rooms were very much appreciateHooks on the bathroom doors are necessary and not usually in rental units for some reasonThere was a nightlight in the master bath and a clock in the master bedroom on the dresser, which I feel are very necessary. The second bathroom and bedroom did not have a nightlight or o’clock though.Rugs on the bathroom floor were much appreciated. The towels were plentiful and very nice. All in all it was definitely one of the better places that I’ve stayed through VRBO.

This is one of the nicest condos i have rented through VRBO. Very nice 2 bedroom with ample room, great view and convenient location to anything you want to do. The owners were very attentive and helpful.

Really great Condo location, on the end of a large condo complex up on the hill. Not sure how often this happens, but we were the only ones in that particular building (I think there are 37 buildings total) during our stay. Overlooks a 4-lane street, but it wasn't busy/loud while we were there during a holiday week. Nice public park down below the complex with a short walking path. (Don't plan on walking to the pool; it's at the other end of the complex and is better suited for a drive.) Condo has a nice private front porch with wonderful sunrise and sunset views. We ventured out from Mesquite to Vegas, and Gold Butte BLM area (beautifully rugged and wild; but be careful - you're on your own out there.) If you're willing to drive a little, this is a great affordable location to use as a home-base when going to the city.

Was great until the elephants moved in upstairs halfway through our stay. The group above was very inconsiderate they had to hop instead of just walk. And I don’t think they ever even sat down or slept! Also you could turn the water pressure up some!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The host was easy to get in touch with ( there was a water issue in the complex, she communicated VERY well) and we had a great time!

We had a great time. The condo is nice but we did have a few issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors. Last time we stayed here it must have been empty. This time it was 2 adults 2 elementary aged kids and two dogs. It was very noisy. It is very close to all golf courses and has nice covered parking. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

We had a very nice stay at this property in Mesquite. The condo was clean and well supplied. There was a slow leak coming out of the dishwasher, I made a quick text, and there was a repair man and house keeper at our door in less than an hour on a Sunday! The dishwasher washer was brand new and installed the day before we arrived....the hose was faulty. We loved the end unit with no stairs, and our elderly dog loved it too! Thank you Debi for such a nice rental experience. We'll be back!
