Your Place in the Sun! Quiet House, Heated Private Pool, Hot Tub

This is the perfect home-base for your golf vacations, family sports tournaments, and year-round outdoor recreation. After the high-energy fun, dial it back with a hot, water-jet massage in the hot tub under the stars, or an invigorating swim in the private swimming pool. Or just relax and hang out in the sun for days.
The pool is heated by a heat pump, capable of warming the pool to 65 - 75F on average days, even in the winter! We installed a new vinyl fence on south and east sides for added privacy and improved ambiance.
Clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped, this single-level house has new paint and luxury plank flooring, comfortable beds with high thread-count sheets, new ADA-compliant toilets, and high-quality furniture, with a leather recliner and couches. The kitchen includes all the gear, plus basic condiments, spices, reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water, and a K-cup coffeemaker. Outside, there’s a new Weber grill, and laundry room across the breezeway. Bring your canine family members along, for a small additional fee ($60).
In the attached two-car garage you’ll find an air compressor for your motor toys. Outside, there’s a three-vehicle driveway, and space for several more vehicles in the street. All your vehicles will be just a few footsteps (with no stairs!) from the house.
Snowbirds from the north will love Mesquite’s warm climate. With 300 sunny days each year on average, and an altitude 1280 feet lower than St George, and 430 ft lower than Las Vegas, it’s the warmest you can find within a half-day’s drive from Salt Lake. The average high temperatures are above 60F every month. When the weather is warmer, you can play in the nearby mountains and plateaus, and our private swimming pool and shady patio areas offer a cool respite afterward.
The quiet cul-de-sac is within walking distance of several fabulous restaurants and taverns on Mesquite Boulevard, and it’s near Hafen Park, and trails along the Virgin River.
Besides the many miles of nearby dirt roads and cycling, motorcycle, and ATV trails, Mesquite is close enough for daytrips to St George (35 minutes), Zion National Park (90 min), Las Vegas (80 min), Valley of Fire State Park (70 min), and multiple Grand Canyon excursions (perfect for warmer months).
Mesquite is easy to navigate with light traffic, and it is home to 7 golf courses, including CasaBlanca Golf Club - a fine Cal Olson design built in the mid-1990s, Falcon Ridge Golf Club - with amazing views, Wolf Creek Golf Club, and Contestoga Golf Club - a challenging Gary Panks design. For night life, you can visit one of several casinos, all open 24/ 7.
