“We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

“Worst front desk service ever. The woman at the front desk speaks English with a strong European accent that is very hard to understand, and she was extremely rude to me. Because the $100 check-in charge was on a credit card that was not in my name but in my mother’s name, she made me call her and ask for the last digits of the card. It’s absurd to expect someone to know the last digits of someone else’s credit card. She kept interrogating me about why I didn’t have a credit card in my own...
