We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. “We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. Even though it says it sleeps 8-10, it’s really only comfortable for 2 couples (4-5 adults) and the rest children because the double couch sofa and trundle bed were not very comfortable at all. “The house was perfect and made our 3 day stay terrific. We had 4 people and 2 dogs for our stay. The fenced in yard was great and the property was large and private on a quiet road just outside the center of Bethel. We visited the area and ate meals around town. The house rental could not have been easier, got the code to unlock before arriving and had no issues. There were plenty of towels and we did our laundry while there to make our arrival ho.e easier. “My family and I had a fantastic ski vacation in Sunday River staying at this beautifully appointed farmhouse. The location was so close to the mountain and there was so much space for everyone. Game room and hot tub were fabulous for our 2 families with 4 teenagers. Highly recommend!”
