Hoteles cerca de Mezquita New Saifee Nagar en Indore

“The hotel rooms were not ready even though we arrived after the check-in time. The lobby was not staffed well during this time and air-conditioner was not on in the middle of the afternoon heat. The hotel does not look like the photos and has significantly deteriorated since. The staff did quickly get a room cleaned and ready, but the bathroom flush cover was still left off by the team, leaving it in a functional but not aesthetic state.”

“Rooms were clean and excellent service by staff.”

“WiFi was not available and which was shared was not working Confusion in breakfast clearance”

“Sheets on bed stained, pillow case had stains looked like blood. Fridge bottom dirty. AC at the best worked may be 20 minutes in all night. Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. ”
