Unfortunately, in all good Consciousness, I am unable to give a five star review. I would’ve given 3 1/2 if possible. I’ve listed pros and cons below.PROS5 to The property managers. Simon & his wife. (they did everything they personally could to try & help)The view, Personal hot tub on roof, beds and the pool. Absolutely wonderfulCONSAir not working correctly in main bedroom, while second bedroom was freezing.One side of the automatic blinds, NOT working in the main bedroomNo modem for the TV in the second bedroomKitchen missing a few basic necessities Like potholders, baking pan, and dish towels. Property managers did bring us dish towels.Sofa definitely NOT comfortable.But our biggest complaint THE ELEVATORS!You would think at least the top 10 floors (the top, floor 43 being the Penthouse) would have their own elevator, At times, especially during check-in and check out the wait could get up to 10 minutes or longer.They did compensate us 120 for the inconveniences but it seems minimal for 4 nights of not being able to sleep well with light coming in. The technician never did show up during our stay to fix the blinds.
