  • Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

    Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

    Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

    Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Incompleto

Lo mejor claramente es la ubicación ya que es excelente . Te alquilan un depto con cocina y resulta que no hay una sartén, individuales, copas, un repasador, nada para limpiar los 4 platos, realmente muy pobre todo .

The location was great, but the building was older so it had cockroaches. It also didn’t have enough blankets and kitchen stuff. It needs upgrades like bigger tv, balcony table etc.

Would not recommend.The property was not as advertised, was not properly cleaned, and the concerns raised during my stay were never adequately addressed. Between the cleanliness issues, outdated condition of the unit, lack of heat during rainy weather, and the time and money I had to spend cleaning the property myself, this was not the experience I expected.Based on my experience, I do not believe this property meets the standard guests should expect when booking through VRBO. I hope the necessary improvements are made before future guests are booked at this location.

Our room was ready earlier than expected. It was very clean and cozy. The only issue we had was only having enough towels for four even though there was five in our party and only maybe two wash cloths. We asked for extra and was told most people don’t use wash cloths and that’s why there weren’t as many. They also said extra towels were still in washer or dryer and we only had until 4 to pick them up. Otherwise we had an uneventful stay.

I loved my stay at seacoast suites lovely place to stay during your vacation with an amazing view of the beach love it! Can't wait to stay there again for an even longer time on my next vacation to Miami.

Quick trip

It was what we were looking for a place to sleep with good location to go other places and still get to wake up and see the beautiful ocean. It was clean and tidy we had no major issues.

Very little to no supplies to cook or eat with. Not enough glassware for 4 people. No kitchen towels, no paper towels, no dish soap (liquid or dishwasher). You had to go buy these from the expensive little store on the first floor. The furniture was very old and in poor condition. The beach view was nice, but the beach bars were very expensive (100 for a round of 4 drinks!). The restaurant was open very odd hours, and never at all for dinner. Pool was old and rusted in many places.

Nice place on the beach

It was a nice location and the beach had a 5k run it think on the morning of October 26, 2024. Nice place. I wish we had more time to enjoy the beach and the pool more.

Great Location and Property

Stayed for a week while on a business trip

This VRBO is an apartment building and even though it is an older building, it was very well maintained and spotless. The facility is run like a Hotel with a front desk, bell men and security staff. It has a very nice pool and is right on the beach front, and board walk

Host was not present, you basically check in at a hotel front desk. You’re not allowed to use the main elevators for any luggage. As for the condo, talk about bare bones. Kitchen was poorly stocked, don’t plan on cooking much of anything there. The pictures on the listing are most definitely NOT the condo you will be staying in. Only redeeming qualities the beds were comfortable and you could see the beach.

Big and spacious. Great location. Beach, pool and gym were good. Place could have had a few more basic items in kitchen, like dish soap, salt and pepper and some additional cooking items. Strange it did not even have a dish towel to dry dishes.
