This lovely apartment is located on the main floor (no stairs are needed to access this apartment, there is a ramp to access it. Ideal for post-surgery recovery).

Can host up to 4 guests: 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 individual beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have full suite bathrooms.
You will be provided with a set of towels for each guest, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap).

Big Kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, and eating utensils.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we will need you to send us the certificate.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
