  • Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas al mar directo desde su terraza privada en este condominio remodelada con pisos de madera, parte superior de los electrodomésticos de la cocina de línea, televisión de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorios. Aquí podrá disfrutar de club de playa y piscina del exclusivo de los residentes. Y los servicios de calidad y estética practicadas por la Sian Condominio. Dé un paseo a la playa, y luego nadar en la piscina climatizada aislada, teniendo en las exóticas vistas de paisajismo y espectaculares del océano. O diríjase al centro de fitness de última generación. Disfruta de películas en la parte superior de la sala de cine arte o relajarse en el sofisticado ambiente social y piscina. Cierre al emocionante paseo marítimo Hollywood Beach, donde se pueden encontrar muchos cafés al aire libre, restaurantes y tiendas. Hay entretenimiento en vivo en el quiosco de música en el paseo marítimo los fines de semana. We had a fantastic stay! Great view of the ocean and sunrise at the beach was spectacular. The location was also very good. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Place was clean and everything provided for a nice weekend stay. One of the few places I have stayed that I felt comfortable without doing my own cleaning upon arrival. Gave 4.5 stars due to master bedroom ac didn’t seem to be cooling properly. Host was attentive when I reported issue. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very clean and a great location. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable. Over communication regarding policies and checkin procedures. The floors are beginning to warp and would stub your feet if barefoot. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the apartment but we couldn’t set them up where the rentals were and had to walk further down the beach.

The building facade is being repainted so there was scaffolding from the street. However, the lobby, pool and apartment were all fantastic!! Communication with the host was excellent. The beach views were incredible.

Very accommodating. Hollywood is already a little expensive, so this stay had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Buy the parking or valet! Makes life easier for those that drive. Thanks for having us!

Host was responsive to all questions and the proximity to the beach was a total highlight! There was also a beach bar and restroom literally steps from the beach!

Stayed during construction work was going on. Very noisy. Windows in building along with balcony were filthy. Flooring needs replaced. We appreciated pool and beach amenities provided. They supplied us with everything we were told they would. Would like a later checkout time.

After we had booked we learned a lot of upgrades are planned. Those are much needed as the floors and blinds are in bad shape. Location is great with terrific ocean and beach views and access.
