Paradise in the Fort Lauderdale neighborhood back yard
This property is incredibly well organized, easy to feel at home in, clean and comfortable with the highlight unquestionably being the private backyard paradise. The private pool is the absolute best, incredibly clean, great shape, and gorgeous blue night lighting along with just the right balance of daytime sun and shade. The host just needs a request before or during your stay to turn up the water temperature for a perfect experience. The clean and easy to enter hot tub is perfect for after a late night swim. The beauty of the tropical landscaping is incredible and for us, on a working vacation, the many different outdoor seating areas are ideal. We haven't tried walking or riding bikes to beach yet but it's not a ling drive from here and a fabulous south Florida beach experience. Parking near the beach is pricey though so if you can walk a bit you park more reasonably not too far away. Otherwise, the neighborhood seems safe and family-oriented and there are stict noise ordinances, although this property is located directly across the street from the Fort Lauderdale HIgh School and school bells go off regularly - as well as the bugle call in the morning - during the school day. Not a problem for us. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen and whole, well thought out property are ideal for travelers who want to feel at home, cook, grill outside and enjoy meals in the beauty and privacy of the backyard. I cannot emphasize the cleanliness and comfort factors everywhere, inside and out, enough.
