The Space:

The pool is currently under construction and is completely inaccessible to guests. For safety reasons, there is no access permitted to the pool area during this time. As advised by building management, the pool will remain closed for approximately the next 4 months. We will update the listing as soon as we receive further information regarding the reopening timeline. I appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please review before making a reservation. Prior to arrival, please note that building management requires a tenant evaluation done, not the hosts. To proceed with registration, there is an application fee of $150 per individual or married couple (ages 18 and above). The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. However, an expedited option is available for an additional fee of $100 (per application), reducing the processing time to 5-7 business days instead of the standard 30-day wait.
