Hermosamente renovado propiedad de un dormitorio / un baño frente a la playa

Bellamente renovado condominio de una habitación y un baño ubicado en Hollywood Beach. Ambiente orientado a la familia. Unidad cuenta con vista intercostera.
Tiene estacionamiento, hermoso lobby, sala de teatro, sala de yoga y gimnasio.
La unidad tiene dos camas queen, sofá cama, TV, internet, cable y TV también en la habitación. La cocina cuenta con refrigerador, estufa, microondas, tostadora, cafetera y lavavajillas. Ollas, sartenes y cubiertos también se suministran. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas, perfecta para una noche familiar.
Sillas de playa y sombrillas ubicadas en la unidad, están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes.

El departamento es muy acogedor y está totalmente equipado. Tiene incluso toallas, reposeras y sombrillas para la playa. La ubicación es excelente. Los dueños son muy amables y cualquier problema que pudiera haber lo solucionan inmediatamente. Es súper súper recomendable.

Good option for conferences

The suite was largely as described. Good option for attending conferences at the Diplomat, but security seemed a little lax on the property and in the suite. Could use some updating and deep cleaning, but largely what we expected. Be aware the roadway is quite noisy and the bed and pillows are firmer, so not ideal for everyone. Note the additional costs not included in the booking. The owner was quick with communication and very helpful, but it was harder to deal with the onsite managers.

Excellent apartment with amazing town view

Check-in process was quick and simple - the property manager met us in the lobby and walked to the unit. The unit has all necessary furniture. The kitchen's appliances are in good shape. Kitchen has all necessary for cooking and serving meals. There is a great town view from the balcony.

Excellent attention from both the owner and the administrator of the apartment. Everything you need to enjoy a family vacation... Everything was perfect and the location is very good too... the only thing I can criticize is that the beach was dirty but it's nothing to do with the apartment itself or the owner of it ... it is something the complex or the city has to check or fix ...

Hollywood, Florida Vacation Rental

Overall, the experience was good. The unit had a few issues but they repaired some the next day. Everyone was fairly friendly and the unit came with everything we needed like dishes, lawn chairs, towels. Two things though... the pullout was extremely uncomfortable but the beds were fine and you have to take an uber or lyft to most sightseeing and any touristy things like the boardwalk, dania beach pier or farmers market. Vanessa was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great beachfront location

Vanessa the property manager was great at showing us the property and around the apartment- she even let us check in a couple of hours early! This apartment is perfect for a beach trip it takes just minutes to go down the elevator to the beach. Not too many restaurants or shops to walk to but you cannot beat this beach access. Apartment has all you would need including chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Everything was there that we needed! We all was so grateful that we got to stay here. We hope to be able to stay here again. It’s close to everything.... the pool is absolutely wonderful and we could walk right out to beach!!
